Our programs are designed to help individuals enhance and maintain their optimal health through comprehensive exercise regimens, nutritional guidance and lifestyle choices. PRIVATE SESSIONS


 One on one training allows trainers to give direct attention to the needs of individuals by targeting their strengths and weaknesses. One on one training will allow individuals to gradually grow into their routine and learn at their own pace.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING


Semi-Private training will focus on all aspects of strength, conditioning, body weight and resistance training. Each group workout will be themed and tailored for a specific goal. Also segments of workouts will consist of 5 maximum participants and 3 minimum participants.


 

ONLINE 1:1 TRAINING

Our online training program is designed for those who are seeking to train with us anywhere. We will provide exceptional service to you on the go through our online training resources.

MEET COACH TRENT

MY STORY



Before I started my fitness coaching journey, my primary focus was to pursue my basketball career. My goal was to play at the professional level and utilize my expertise to become a part of a team. With hard work, dedication, and the assistance of Baseline Sports Agency, I was afforded the opportunity to play for the Texas Wranglers. Although this was a major accomplishment for me–I encountered many obstacles from family and peers. However, I continued to push forward and strive to be the best version of myself. I could have given up, I could have quit but I remembered that I had a purpose in life—and that is to influence those around me to aim for the stars even if they seem far. Through various encounters with athletes and those who were seeking my guidance to reach their goals, I discovered that my gift was not to just Coach them up but to provide direction that will lead them to their treasure chest of success.

ATHLETIC AND COACHING CAREER


Peter Trent, is currently a full time JAG teacher at Carencro Middle School. During his time as a teacher, he provides guidance and educational advice to the youth. With his unfailing passion to teach, Peter is also the assistant Men’s Basketball coach for Christian Community College, where he utilizes his skills and expertise to teach young men how to be successful on and off the court. In regards to his basketball experience, Peter played Professional Basketball in UBL, NABL, and in Mexico for five years. Following his many accolades Peter is also Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine To provide Fitness Group Training Instruction, Strengthening and Conditioning, Corrective Exercise and Rehabilitation Training. Peter has a total of seven years of fitness coaching experience in the industry and strives to grow in his craft.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are 1hr.

What age groups do your work with?

I work adults 18+ and Kids 12-17yo

If I cannot make a scheduled session, does that count against my total session per month?

That session counts if a 24 hour notice was not given in advance. 

When are the training sessions? 

Monday- Friday 6pm - 10 pm

Can I cancel my sessions or membership? 

All sessions are non-refundable after payment. 

How do I pay for sessions? 

All payments are processed online. No cash or other payment forms accepted
